Step 1
Click on Messages in the menu

Click Saved Messages

Step 3
Create a new message

Step 4
Create and Save your message

Step 5
Return to your My Consultants or My Customer tab

Step 6
Select your recipients and click create

Step 7
Click on the Choose a Saved Message dropdown
